ROOT started from a tone I couldn’t let go of. I dug into the signal flow, understood what made it work, and rebuilt it into something of my own. It stays clean when you’re light and thickens when you lean in.

The DSP for LC_ROOT was designed and written by David Maxim Micic. While inspired by specific classic tones, it wasn’t built to copy any amplifier down to the last component.
It started from inspiration and grew into its own voice, with features and an interface built around his simple, practical workflow.
